40-plus/50-plus, saddle-bronc
riding, chute dogging, ladies barrel
racing, men's breakaway roping
40-plus/50-plus, ladies breakaway
roping, ribbon roping 40-plus/50-
plus, team roping 40-plus/50-plus,
ladies team roping, and bull riding
,40-plus/50-plus. Entry fee is $50,
team events are $40. Awards given

Round-Up "Wanted Rough Stock
Riders Of All Ranks" Triple B
Association Membership Drive
Rodeo is scheduled Sunday, April
17, at 1 p.m. at Roy Harvey's
Ranch (5.5 miles north east of
Aneth Community School, look
for silver water tower). Entry fee is
$85 with $300 added money and
trophy buckle. Other events/entry
fee include wooly riding ($45) with
$50 added, steer riding ($55) with
$75 added, and junior bull riding
($65) with $100 added. Entry fee
includes administration and stock

from 7-9 p.m. Walk-in entries will
be taken two hours prior to show.
Non-members are welcome.
Central youth 4.Pac Series
CHINLE - Paradise Ranch 7
presents the Central Navajo Youth
Bull Riding Organization 4-Pac
Series on the following Saturdays:
third series, March 19; and fourth
series, March 26. Events/entry fee
include wooly riding for ages 3-6
($35), calf riding for ages 7-9 ($45),
junior steer riding for ages 8-10
($50), senior steer riding for ages
11-13 ($55) and jun!or bull riding
for ages 14-17 ($65). Each series
begins at 7 p.m. at Paradise Ranch
7 (1.5 miles north of National Park
Service). Entries taken on site one

Saddle roping
CHINLE - Saddle roping (capped
at No. 6) is set for Sunday, March
27, at the Newton Yazzie Arena
(across from Thunderbird Lodge).
Entries open at 9:30 a.m., roping
begins at 10 a.m. Roping format/
awards include cowboy draw, No.
12 (saddle), No. 10 (trophy breast
collar), cowboy draw (embroidered
jacket), No. 11 (rope), No. 9 (rope),
and cowboy draw. Drawpots are
$15 per man and number ropings
are $20 per man. Must show
USTRC card to claim prizes.

CHINLE - The T.J. "Open to the
World" Bull Bash III is scheduled
Sunday, March 27, at 1:30 p.m. at
the Gorman Rodeo Arena. Events/
entry fee include open bull riding

and wooly riding ($40). Added
attraction is legend bull riding ($60).

GALLUP - The 2010 Indian
Junior Rodeo Association awards
program is scheduled Saturday,
March 26, at noon at the Howard
Johnson banquet room (former
Holiday Inn). IJRAwill be awarding
champions, including incentive
awards to members who made
points but were not in the top 10
(everyone receiving an award is
urged to pick up their award at the
IJRA awards program). Includes
guest speakers, entertainment,
lunch at 12:30 p.m., and election
of new IJRA president. Admission
is $10 per person (members are
free). Doors open at 11 a.m. Final
points standings are posted online
